John Fernström was a very productive scandinavian composer. His production includes 12 Symphonies, 8 String quartets, 2 Violin concertos, a Flute concerto, a Clarinet concerto, a Basson concerto, a Wind quintet and a large number of songs among more than one hundred works. He was also a productive painter, poet and writer.
